Research

The model project "Training for trainers" will offer the trainers an opportunity for reflection and change of his/her own training activity, particularly the connection between theory, practice and art. The participants in the 4 one-week blocks will develop individual model projects as part of an action research programme. This will give rise to a generous selection of examples which can throw a light on conditions, possibilities and limitations of the "threefold approach". Examples which will make visible the connections between the three modes of learning will be shown. The participants will be able to work on their own training activity, as well as making a contribution to the research and modelling of the threefold approach to vocational education and training.
