The large partnership was chosen in order to secure interactivity between promoter and users during the project development. The new vocational training model of the threefold approach, putting strong weight on artistic activities, is aiming for a competence only to be reached by active participation. All the partners chosen, both the training centres and the enterprises/schools/communities, are experienced in vocational training where exercises and studies in painting, modelling, music, speech and drama constitute a substantial part of the training programme. The partners are chosen from the network meeting yearly in Kassel (as a result of the LdV project Ceste 1998-2001).

Project Promoter

ECCE, the European Co-operation in anthroposophical Curative Education and Social Therapy, is a Non Governmental Organisation and one of the founders of the European Disability Forum. ECCE represents about 400 parents' and professional organisations from almost all countries in Europe.

Coordinator

The Scandinavian Association for curative education and social therapy.

Steering group

The promoter and the co-ordinator will form a steering group together with three other experienced organisations.

Pilot Partners

Potential users of the project's results, actively involved from the start of the project and participating in the pilot course for trainers.

Research group

A research institute (GAB, München) will have the main responsibility for reports and documentation.

Reference group

Different stakeholders responsible for dissemination and transfer of the project's results. Additionally they advise and support the project during the different phases.

East-West group

Support of new training initiatives in the central and eastern European countries.

Silent partner

Russian and Swiss training centres, participating in the pilot course.
